If you can afford to get both, do it! I sleep on my big magic deluxe and the mini magic is very helpful in pain relief. I just drove on a trip for about 6 1/2 hours on two separate days. I used the mini magic on the second day on my right shoulder to help alleviate my pain. Worked great!
